How it works

  1. Gather Login History, API Total Usage, code grep, and vendor answers per org.
  2. Mark Use Any API Auth, recency, owner, and IP breadth on each residue row.
  3. Copy Markdown/TSV-style notes into the security ticket — we never call Salesforce.

From 2026-12-01, SOAP login() requires the user to have Use Any API Auth. Adjacent rules cover broad IP ranges needing security tokens and disabling logins unused for six months. SERP results often stop at “click the Release Update in Setup”; this board exists for multi-org residue lists with owners.
